Eligibility to purchase

In order to make purchases through the site, you will need to provide your personal details such as, name, address, contact number and email address. Furthermore, when you order, you will be required to provide valid payment details whereby you agree we can use the details to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks.

You will only be able to checkout on the relative website. All EU orders must change to the EU version of the website from the top navigation menu.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest.

At the checkout you will be asked to enter all your personal details including, name, address, contact number and email address. You can create and account which gives you the ability to track your current order, view previous orders and manage your personal details.

What currency can I pay in?

All orders through the UK site will be paid for in GBP.

All orders through the EU site will be paid for in EURO.

All orders through the ROW site will be paid for in GBP and converted from your bank at the time of purchase from your original currency.

R.E. Tricker have no control of exchange rates.

How do I find an item on the site?

You can use the filters to drill down for the type of shoe or boot you are looking for in your desired colour. Alternatively, if you know the style you are looking for, you can use the search bar at the top right corner of the website.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

Firstly, we are extremely sorry! We make every effort to make sure the items we make available to purchase on the website are in stock. If your item is out of stock, we will make every effort to source the item for you from our store, offer an alternative, or refund you for this item.

Can I change my order?

Before your order has been processed and dispatched, it may be possible to amend or cancel an item. We will make every effort to do so, however we do aim to dispatch your items as quick as possible and it may be a case that your item has already been sent. You can return your item for an exchange or refund at this point.

Can I ship to an alternative address?

We are happy to ship your order to the destination of your choice (permitting we ship to your country) however, we do need your billing address to match the card address you are purchasing from as we do carry out anti-fraud checks on your card.

Can I return an item?

If you are not fully happy with an item you have received, you can return them to us within 28 days for an exchange or refund, providing they are in the same saleable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn and are not in original condition.

Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the transit. Once your Item(s) have been received.

Please allow 3-5 working days to be processed, at which point you will be notified the refund or exchange has taken place.
