Tricker's Owners Club Terms & Conditions
- Introduction
- Launched on 21st May 2024, Tricker's Owners Club is our loyalty scheme, set up in order to reward our customers for being part of our community. We have created various ways (“Ways to earn”) for you to earn Tricker’s Owners Club Points which can be used towards discounts on your next purchase from our website, plus exclusive benefits which can be acquired by qualifying for spend-based VIP tiers.
- Membership
- To collect Tricker’s Owners Club Points you must have an active Tricker’s Account. You do this with your First name, Last Name and email address, which is personal data. We will only use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy - https://trickers.com/policies/privacy-policy. Once you register for a Tricker’s Account, we will automatically enrol you as a holder of a Tricker's Owners Club Account and you can start collecting Tricker’s Owners Club Points. You can view your Tricker’s Owners Club Point Balance when you sign in on our Website and visit https://trickers.com/rewards.
- If you cancel your Tricker’s Account you will lose any points on your Tricker's Owners Club Account. If you do not wish to be enrolled as a holder of a Tricker's Owners Club Account, please contact us as customerservices@trickers.com and ask to be unenrolled. Once unenrolled you will lose all your Tricker’s Owners Club Points. You can ask us to enrol you in a new Tricker's Owner
- Earning Points
- You can only collect Tricker’s Owners Club Points on your own Tricker's Owners Club Account and you cannot share them or transfer them to anyone else or to any other Tricker's Owners Club Account.
- Points are calculated based on completed “Ways to Earn” following the launch of the Tricker’s Owners Club (21/5/2024).
- “Ways to earn” are things you can do to earn Tricker’s Owners Club Points. We may change “Ways to earn” in any way and at any time. This includes adding new “Ways to earn” or removing them or increasing the number of points you may receive or reducing the number of points that you may receive.
- You can only collect Tricker’s Owners Club Points when making a purchase from our Website if you are signed on to your Tricker’s Account on our Website. You will not accrue points for your purchase if you check out as a guest or in any other way.
- When writing a review of our product via the review product facility on our Website (a “Review”) you can only collect Tricker’s Owners Club Points if you are signed on to your Tricker’s Account on our Website. You will not accrue points for your purchase if you post a Review as a guest or in any other way.
- From time to time, we may run promotions in which you may be awarded double Tricker’s Owners Club Points for certain Activities you carry out during a certain period. If you perform any of the Activities we identify in respect of the relevant promotion in the relevant period, then the number of points awarded to you in respect of the identified Activity/ies you perform will be double the number of points set out in the table above. Such Tricker’s Owners Club Points will be subject to all other terms and conditions in respect of points.

You may send us up to 2 Reviews in each calendar month which we expect to be genuinely held view(s) following a genuine purchase; Reviews must comply with these Terms and may or may not be displayed on our Website.

One award per Instagram account; you will only be rewarded once for this Activity; Tricker’s Owners Club Points may be deducted if you unfollow us within 3 months.

Refer a friend
You must have permission to send us your friend’s contact email. Your friend must register for a Tricker’s Account and spend at least £100 on their first purchase in order for points/discount to be awarded. They must also not close their Tricker’s Account within 6 months of registering otherwise the relevant Points may be deducted.
500 Tricker’s Owners Club Points for you; and £25 off for your friend’s first purchase.
- Redeeming Points
- Tricker’s Owners Club Points have no cash value. Points may be used only once they are exchanged for a unique code (“Tricker’s Owners Club Voucher”) to be applied during checkout on our Website. You need to accrue a certain number of Tricker’s Owners Club Points before you can apply via our Website for your Tricker’s Owners Club Points to be exchanged for a Tricker’s Owners Club Voucher. Tricker’s Owners Club Vouchers have no cash value.

- Tricker’s Owners Club Vouchers are not transferable and can only be used by you when making a purchase of product from our Website if you are signed on to your Tricker’s Owners Club Account on our Website. Please note the Important Notes section in the table above. You cannot use Tricker’s Owners Club Vouchers and will not get points for your purchase if you check out as a guest or in any other way. You will not get Tricker’s Owners Club Points based on the value of any purchase made using Tricker’s Owners Club Vouchers. If for any reason you need to return a purchase made with Tricker’s Owners Club Vouchers, your Tricker’s Owners Club Account will be credited with the number of Tricker’s Owners Club Points that you exchanged for the Tricker’s Owners Club Vouchers.
- Tricker’s Owners Club Points expire 1 year (365 days) after last customer activity.
- Please note that the award of any and all Tricker’s Owners Club Points is entirely at our discretion and, without incurring any liability to you to the fullest extent permitted by law, we may at any time or in any instance choose:
- not to award Tricker’s Owners Club Points;
- to deduct Tricker’s Owners Club Points from any Tricker’s Owners Club Point Balance; and/or
- to close any or all Tricker's Owners Club Accounts.
- VIP Tiers
- As well as accruing points based on the “Ways to Earn” mentioned above, Tricker’s Owners Club members will also qualify for membership in various levels of VIP tier based on value of spend on our website following the launch of the Tricker’s Owners Club (21/5/2024).
- Tier eligibility will be calculated 30 days following any purchases, and tier can be downgraded if product is returned or order is cancelled.
- Once a VIP Tier is acquired, customers will maintain at least that tier as long as their Tricker’s Owners Club Account is active, at the discretion of R.E. Tricker Limited.

- Changes to the Tricker’s Owners Club
- R.E. Tricker Limited may, at its sole discretion, terminate, alter, limit, suspend or modify the Tricker’s Owners Club, and/or the Terms and Conditions at any time, in case of changes to applicable laws, changes in services provided by R.E. Tricker Limited or introducing new services.
- R.E. Tricker Limited reserves the right to make changes to the Tricker’s Owners Club (including VIP Tiers) and its Terms and Conditions without providing you with prior notification. Please make sure to stay updated on the Terms and Conditions. You will always find the latest version of the Terms and Conditions on Trickers.com.
- Limitation of Liability
- R.E. Tricker Limited will not be liable for any system failure or malfunction of the Tricker’s Owners Club or any consequences thereof. R.E. Tricker Limited accepts no liability for any loss or damages arising from suspension, variation or termination or in any other way relating to the Loyalty Program, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
