Customers in the European Union - Right of Withdrawal
If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply submit a return request through our online returns portal within 14 days of delivery.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled: You can request a cancellation through your customer account within the 14-day window. You can access your customer account here: https://account.trickers.com/. For cancellations of unfulfilled orders, your refund will be processed within 14 days of your cancellation request.

Once your request has been submitted, you will receive confirmation and further instructions regarding the return of your items.
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to withdraw. We will refund the price of the goods and the standard outbound delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or proof of return, whichever is earlier). Return shipping costs are at your expense.
What happens after I withdraw?
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received for the returned items in accordance with our Returns Policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Refunds will be processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Exceptions
Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law. This includes products that have been personalised or made to your specification.
