Amazing shoes!
"Amazing shoes, made with the usual Tricker's care. Personally, I would recommend buying the same size you usually wear, not half a size smaller."
The Henry is our iconic dealer boot, uniquely distinguished by its classic wingtip design, pinked edges, and traditional brogue punching along the seams. Built on the legendary 4444 last, it features our traditionally generous country shoe proportions, offering a remarkably wide tread and a spacious, accommodating toe box. Due to this roomy silhouette, many find they can drop down half a size from their standard UK boot size for an optimum, locked-in fit. Deep brown elasticated side panels and robust fabric pull tabs ensure an easy, smooth slip-on action.
Hand-Mottled Brown Finish: The leather features a stunning, marbled finish created by hand-sponging dyes onto the hide during the tanning process. This creates a beautiful "cloudy" effect, blending deep espresso and dark chestnut tones with lighter, warm hazelnut and tan undertones.
Lustrous Smooth Grain: Boasting a smooth, tight grain and a subtle natural sheen, Museum leather reacts wonderfully to regular conditioning, developing a richer depth and character over years of service.
Full Leather Lining: Lined entirely with soft, breathable natural calf leather to regulate the interior climate and preserve the boot’s structural integrity.
Technical Build: As showcased, every component is engineered to provide an uncompromising, weather-resistant base.
Commando Rubber Sole: Grounded by a heavy-duty, deeply lugged Commando sole, providing maximum traction, excellent underfoot cushioning, and exceptional grip on wet pavements or uneven ground.
Goodyear Storm Welt: Features a traditional Goodyear storm welt with a dark brown finish, utilising an upturned leather rib along the sole junction to create a formidable watertight barrier against moisture.
Northampton Craftsmanship: Handcrafted in our Northampton factory, utilising a completely recraftable welt system that allows the boot to be fully resoled and refurbished by us over its lifetime.

These are a generous fit and therefore typically larger by half a size. If you normally take a UK size 8, we recommend you try a size 7½.

"Amazing shoes, made with the usual Tricker's care. Personally, I would recommend buying the same size you usually wear, not half a size smaller."
"Very nicely made Chelsea boot with thick but light rubber sole (v-lite). Looks a bit chunkier than on the pictures, but the sole is perfect for winter. Sizing advice (buy half a size smaller than your usual size) is spot on. I have several pairs of other English boots and shoes (Cheaney and C&J) in size 10 1/2 and the Henry fits perfectly in size 10. Very comfortable light out of the box."
"Exceptional shoe, extremely comfortable. I certainly don't have to confirm this. My only complaint is that I'd wear a full insole rather than a half insole on the 15cm Chelsea boots. Since the shoe is very narrow due to the elastic, taking the shoe off tends to cause the half insole to come off."
"Unquestionable quality, Tricker's is a guarantee. A brand of absolute excellence, and Henry boots are a true icon. The sales service was impeccable. Shipping was very fast. It was a great pleasure."
"Had these a few days and so far very comfortable. They do run large but an insole has helped here saving a return. Fab wearing them for work in the wet and cold they are doing a fab job. . . Fancy a matching pair in Tan wgen funds allow!"
"My first pair of Henry and I’m loving them. The style, the leather and the size (sizing down 1/2 as recommended), everything is perfect."
"Very good light, weight boot,a bit on the big size, maybe . I have a pair of Beaufort size 9 and size 9. 1/2. I think I now need the 9 1/2 because I am diabetic and have to be careful not to get and damage to my feet when breaking inthe boots. Concerned about heal wear on the olivvia lightweight sole. Is there a heel tip for these?. overall 5☆. Regards, Joe Britton."
"These Dealer boots are very comfortable and require absolutely no break in period. They are built to Trickers usual high standards of workmanship. Be careful to follow Trickers size and fit guide and size down half a size to obtain the perfect fit. Shipping was excellent and they arrived less than 24hrs after ordering on line. I love these so much I will buy another pair."
"Beautifully made brogue boot, solid build but supple to wear, size runs a little on the large side for me, but compensate by wearing thick socks"
"A wonderful boot, very high quality and comfortable. Looks great and is obviously built to last!"
