"Shoes are good. I’ve always liked Trickers shoes and have been a customer for 20 years. DON’T buy them online from London! Their customer service has become awful. I received used shoes twice with nothing but denials and excuses from their customer service (that’s when they finally get around to responding days later). Aside from the work, time and hassle of shipping them back and forth, they have a quality control issue which they either don’t care about or see as a way to get rid of used shoes to overseas customers. Look for another brand or go local so you can inspect the shoe yourself."
